  • Your new Elna Sewing Machine or Overlocker comes with a 5 year mechanical and 2 year electrical limited warranty*.
  • Your new Elna Press comes with a 1 year limited warranty*.

All our warranty repairs are carried out by Elna’s own highly trained Technicians.


So, limited warranty means:

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Misuse, damage or interference with by an unauthorised third party.
  • Service cost arising from incorrect usage of the controls of the product in accordance with the instructions.
  • Household electrical faults and power surges.
  • Corrosion, normal wear and tear.
  • Ironing press cover and padding foam.
  • Accessories including overlocker loopers.

It is acknowledged that Elna products are manufactured for domestic use and that in the event of the Elna product being used for commercial applications then the guarantee is limited to 3 months.
